This private service focuses on lifestyle medicine and precision health within consultant obstetric and gynaecological care. I do not offer operative gynaecology here. If surgery or another in-clinic procedure is needed, I will discuss onward referral to an appropriate colleague.

Tests are not part of the fee and are not routine. If a test would change treatment, timing or safety, that is discussed and costed separately. Many patients complete the package with no extra testing.
Supplements are included in the written plan only when there is a reason that can be written down. The plan also says what not to add.
Face-to-face at The Richmond House Clinic, Penarth, and video consultations for the UK, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. Bookings are through the clinic.
