What a consultation is for
Conventional management often focuses on cycle control or a single insulin-sensitising medicine. Those tools can be useful. They are not the whole plan.
In clinic the first hour is a full obstetric and gynaecological consultation with a lifestyle and precision-health lens: what is driving the symptoms, which tests would change decisions, and which levers (food pattern, movement, sleep, stress load, and medication) belong in writing.
